(hereinafter referred to as the "Company" and also referred to as "we") has established the information security policy (hereinafter referred to as "Policy") which clearly states its basic policy on information security, aiming to accurately handle and properly protect information assets held in the course of business operations in order to realize its management philosophy.
We comply with this Policy and our Privacy Policy to maintain a management system that is secure, stable, and always trusted by our customers and all other stakeholders.
- We respect and comply with laws, regulations and guidelines issued by ministries, agencies and industries regarding information security, and will handle information appropriately.
- We take technical and organizational safety measures, corrective measures, and preventive measures against unauthorized access, loss, damage, alteration, and unauthorized disclosure to ensure the accuracy and security of the information.
- We develop internal regulations regarding various types of information and comply with them in order to properly handle the information in our possession. We establish a management system and operate it in accordance with those regulations to audit its validity.
- We continuously conduct necessary education to maintain and improve the level of our information security.
- We examine the eligibility of outsourcing agents when outsourcing the handling of information, and require them to maintain a level of security equivalent to or higher than that of our company. We continuously confirm that the security level is adequately maintained and periodically reconsider those agents.
The above Policy will be periodically reviewed and improved in accordance with laws, regulations, social conditions, audit results, and other factors.
